Free Web NewsHome : Health >> AlternativeMassage therapy a growing careerBy Tania Haws Fernando Soutullo Florida License Physical Therapist.
Hi:
My name is Fernando Soutullo I have been a Physical Therapist for about 15 years which has given me an extensive experienc in the field. I love my professsion and during my years as a therapist I have been asked a lot of times for people willing to start a new career like mine but that at the same time are not too interested to study so many years. What should they do then? My answer has been always the same: Why not to become to become a Massage Therapist? Well... some of them have follow my advice and thanked me for that...even a couple have extended that career to a higer degree as Physiclal Therapist Assistant. I work on daily basis with Massage Therapists and I think is a wonderful starting point if you want to get into the Health System, the fact that you help people to get rid of those hard-to defeat contractures make you feel great, although I know is very tiresome sometimes is worth to follow that path. Some of the Massage Therapists I know have already opened their own "Spa" and live under a very good secure financial stability. It is very important to start reading first to get an idea about the subject and to get information in the internet sending email to Massage Therapy Schools or ask people that are already workinh in the field, if you can, before you start. In my webpage I have developed a step by step Video-Guide for those who want to start providing massage to a friend or are already studying and would like to have some information in how to perform a massage in simple steps. If you wish to visit it Your are more than welcome. You can write me your questions if you wish. Sincerely Yours.
